Before doctors advised Rihanna to cancel her concert in Sweden last night, the singer was seen walking around her hotel yesterday ... wearing a smile, even though she felt like crap.
Rihanna has been battling a nasty case of the flu ... and after this photo was taken, she canceled her second show this week because of exhaustion.
According to reports, organizers are working to reschedule the shows.

L.A. real estate titan Sandy Gallin -- who has made untold millions selling homes to the likes of Frank Sinatra, Mark Burnett and Kenny G -- has been sued over a $16.5 million Bev Hills mansion he sold to one of the most powerful men in Hollywood.
The man going after Gallin is Roger Birnbaum -- the head of MGM Studios -- who bought a Gallin home in 2007 ... only to discover it had more leaks than Whoopi Goldberg after a Big Gulp.
FYI -- Gallin was one of the most powerful talent managers in Hollywood before abandoning entertainment to become the most powerful house flipper in town. Gallin used to rep everyone from Dolly Parton to Barbra Streisand and even Michael Jackson.
According to Birnbaum's lawsuit, filed in L.A. County Superior Court, the house began to leak like a sieve last winter ... along with an unhealthy dose of dry rot, rust, and, worst of all, his wine storage room was severely damaged.
Birnbaum claims Gallin had a hand in the construction of the home -- and therefore, should be forced to pay the $500,000 in repairs and related costs to bring the mansion up to snuff.
Calls to Gallin have not been returned.

Courtney Love has been ordered to fork over more than $35k to her two former maids -- after allegedly stiffing them out of their hard earned paychecks for years.
TMZ has learned ... Love's former maids -- named Miriam and Myriam -- scored a huge victory in Beverly Hills court ... after proving Love never paid them for cleaning up her pad several years ago.
The judge now ruled Love must now kick out $16,632.45 to Mirium and $19,137.27 to Myrium ... totaling $35,769.72 in wages, penalties and interest.
A rep for Love could not be reached for comment.

Courtney Love has planted herself in another legal nightmare -- because the ex-singer just got her ass sued in small claims court over $4,000 worth of flower arrangements ... that she allegedly never paid for.
According to legal docs filed Thursday in L.A. -- obtained by TMZ -- Love ordered several floral arrangements worth $3,141 from a local flower shop back in 2009 ... a bill that blossomed into $4,000 once the order was finalized.
The florist, My Secret Garden, claims they sent Love several invoices asking her to pay up -- but it's been nearly two years, and so far ... nothing.
Now, the flower people are at the end of their tether -- so they're dragging Love to small claims court and demanding $4,116 to cover the damage.
Love's reps had no comment.
